Gilly I'm gonna slap you anyway cos you were away on holiday without Sazzy and instead of stuffing your face you should have been pining for her and come back weighing less!
Hmmm but I'll forgive you but dont do it again
Well i know my weigh in day is officially Monday but being so close to my moving down from a 12 to an 11 stone something I couldnt resist this morning and goodbye 12 stone fatty hello 11 stone fatty is all I can say

Arg! I've had a terrible weeked diet-wise, during my stint in Wiltshire... Gilette, are you as bad as this?
- Had my first egg in 13 years... but had it fried on a slice of seeded bread
- Went out, drinking vodka and cranberry juice (and had a little bit too much)
- Had a goats cheese and artichoke salad in a restaurant, but also ciabatta
- Curry pasty from the health food shop (puff pastry)
- No dinner at all before going out and drinking lager & lime (what was I thinking???)
Today I'll have to be very good. And the intermittent fasting starts Monday - I've been plateaued for a little while now, so just got to kick-start it a bit.
On the plus side, I did find a once-in-a-lifetime dress in TK MAXX for £20, which is the most comfortable thing I've ever worn, looks stunning and actually hides every lump and bump while showing off your assets. Party season, here I come! (on vodka, water and omelettes)
