Awww Sazzy I'm so sorry that you are feeling fed up and lonely but the week will soon pass and as for the weight loss I would have been the opposite as I eat when I'm fed up:o

As for peanut butter I dont eat the stuff and hubby is flitting on and off low carbing as the whim takes him so he just eats the sunpat stuff as he says the others dont taste the same:rolleyes: The annoying part is he flits on and off eating whatever he wants and still manages to lose weight!Whereas I stick to the diet and lose less!I hate men sometimes I really do:D

Off to make the kids Pizza and Salad for tea and try not to drool as its unhygienic to be drooling over their food:rotfl:

I'm sure someone mentioned the Low Carb Megastore in a recent post, but I'm blowed if I can find it so I'm not sure who it was.

I've had a look round the site and was thinking of buying the following:

Da Vinci Sugar Free Syrup and Pancake and Crepe Mix

    and also

Kitchen Thick it Up (for making cheese sauces etc.)

Just wondered if anyone had tried any of these?

And any other recommendations from there?

i use lowcarbmegastore HC.. i love the da vincis what flavour are u thinking of??

never tried the pancake mix so cant help there, also never used the thickener i find cheese sauces thick enough with double cream and cheese, i do occasionally use a tiny bit of arrowroot as u use so little the carbs are very low

can really recommend the woodys chocolate bars, the best tasting of all the chocolates, the other thing i order are sugar free biscuits, some are better than others so shout if u are thinking of ordering some

i also order the carbo counters bread mix (which i see is on offer!!!)... i make a loaf, slice it and freeze it and use a slice or 2 a week

i should mention i never ordered any of these things when i was in weightloss stage but i am now in maintenance

Suemagoo I've had loads of ups and downs with low carbing so know how disheartening it can be at times. But if you just hang in there it will start falling off you.Are you on the Atkins? The reason I ask is because I tried Dr D's plan to begin with but for me I needed the kick start of the Atkins induction to get things moving properly. So if you havent tried induction then maybe you should give that a go.
