please can anyone tell me if we are allowed jelly ?
I have a packet of Hartleys sugar free jelly,
it comes in a 23g packet.
The nutritional information says......
per 100g as sold = 13.1g
1/4 pt serving = 0.5g
so I think I can have this, topped with cream ?
can any one confirm , cos I am so worried about messing up.Kindness costs nothing0 -
Sugar free jelly is okay as an occasional treat - I have it maybe once a month.
It is high in carbs (you should be trying to stick to things that are less than 4g per 100g)

I have been looking at protien powders ,

I love Hemp protein by Nutiva - it contains good fat as well as complete protein, and also Omega 3,6 and 9. Available from Beanfreaks or Holland and Barret for about £15 for a big tub that lasts me 3-4 weeks.
I've had some ready-to-eat jellies that were 1g per 100g... I think it was a Tesco's own brand?? Not very tasty at all, but a sweet fix with cream.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

The Second major ingredient after wheat flour is dextrose and that is the source of High Fructose Corn Syrup and we know that is even more likely to cause weight gain than sugar and that is bad enough. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

surely a 1/4pt serving of jelly equalling 0.5gr carb of the daily allowance is permissable0 -
