Yes, these are Wall's. They're my OH's favourite, even though he knows they're made from the stuff they scrape off the walls. (The clue appears to be in the name!)

I shall go out and buy some luxuriously expensive ones from Waitrose. :j

Hi and thanks!! I have only told my family that i am following atkins - when I told people I was thinking about it, I heard silly stories about it, which is actually what made me read the book for two weeks first.

I usually just say I'm on no bread/no potatoes because I get bloated - and people just accept this without comment!! Will surprise them in the future with the full truth!!

webby u can have sausages as long as u have the lowcarb ones.. look at the finest ranges in the supermarkets most of those are lowcarb

as far as adding things now u aare moving onto OWL if u look at the book there is a suggested ladder of things to try bu adding 5g carbs a week, personally i find that nuts always stall me hence they suggest adding one item at a time

still sticking to IF here but as i had a migraine yesterday i havent really eaten much the last couple days, bad i know

I found some chipolatas in Waitrose that are 0.8g carb/100g (0.6g per two), which I thought was pretty good. They're in the pan now. :)
