I have to share this with you.....
I was in Sainsburys last night. I saw someone who looked like Ted ahead of me. I was about to go down my aisle but I thought to myself "I will tell by what's in his trolley". So instead I walked past him to see. Salad, meat but then I saw apple pie and I thought "It can't be him". Then at the nose end of the trolley A 5KG BAG OF SUGAR!!!!
How funny. I mean what ordinary person buys 5kg of sugar, nevermind the great Ted.
:rotfl:Girls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.
I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else0 -
Quick question:
I know that sweetcorn is a no-no during induction/phase one - but what about baby corn?
Thank you.0 -

Just a quick hi to everyone :hello:
HC - I don't know whether baby corn is allowed - best err on the side of caution, I'd say... x
Daisy hun - did you track down the hamster bedding?:D I can recommend it!
I'm doing ok. Found I was stalling for a while on Dr D's plan, which I couldnt understand because I've been pretty good with sticking to it. But I suspect it was the milk (which Dr D's plan allows, I hasten to add) - and because it was allowed I didn't look into the carb content, which I now realise is quite alot!! So I've now cut out the milk entirely and hoping that gets me back on track. Just wanted to post a warning about the milk, in case anyone else following Dr D's plan was having the same probs as me.
I'm also back on track with the 2 litres of water a day, so hopefully that'll help too. Only trouble with that is.... well, you know what the trouble with that is!:o:D
Much love to everyone,

Yep Holland and Barrett - I think they're called GG Scandanavian Bran Crispbread, or something like that. Has a blue pic on front with ears of wheat on it... i think:D Price about £1.05. Anyway, just look for something that looks like compressed hamster bedding and you'll recognise them straight away:D
