Bad Reference - oh yes they can

I would just like to clear things up, I did not have more than 2 disciplinary warnings. I didn't really even have 1. I didn't quite know what sort of reference I was going to get from my employer as I have evidence of lovely things she has also said about me on paper, however she just had some sort of grudge against me and only took me up on things she had heard from office whispers. It was harsh of me to say that she only did it for training other managers (my supervisor), but that is the feelings I was having about what was happening, as she was known to do things like this from previous workers.
Thank you to all who defended me and I see everybody's point and opinions, however please understand that I am still upset about what has happened as I did only work there for 5 months and in everybody elses eyes who worked there did a "good job".
