Suggs: oh dear, there does always come that time when the kids only go on holiday because it costs them nothing. Only reason i went with my parents last time! But there does get a point where all you wanna do is look at the local boys, have a drink in a pub and not do the boring stuff! Not saying youre boring or anything ha or that you wanted to look at the local boys but you know ha. nice to see you back!

Im not bad, weather could be better. Slept in till 8:45 today, but i was really tired. Matt and i went to reculver towers last night, it was really nice actually. Not reculver cos thats a dive but the towers were cool and it was all lit up and he gave me a piggy back to the car (the poor man, i think he struggled towards the end ha)

Been watching sport allllllllll day. Gotta do some more dissertation stuff this evening. Where is granny when i need her motivational star giving!!

Happy to report a 2 lb weight loss today!:j:j

I am pleased with that as I went tried really hard this week and did loads of walking too! We are off to Amsterdam on Thursday and we are going to stay at the Hilton Hotel which is where John Lennon and Yoko Ono did their "love in" and stayed in bed for a week! I am definately going to get into that suite for a picture taking op!!:o

Typing that felt really familiar - does anyone know how to check what I have already posted? I don't want to start repeating myself!

What a waste spending a week in the bedroom! I would even turn patrick swayze down if he asked me. Yoko Ono must have been sore as, wouldnt want that no siree. Unless John Lennon lacked in that department or something!

thanks for all the good wishes folks, things went swimmingly. i didn;t trip up, they were impressed at the work i did, the only place i mnay have tripped up is making them think that the role won't be challenging enough for me! Well, I'll know hopefully within the week . . . . . .

been to an argentinian steak restaurant to celebrate, nice but not on a par with a proper British steak pub.
