  • Back from a long weekend at parents...muchos HM bread & lashings of butter + decimated biscuit tin:o . Refuse to get on scales tomorrow [STRIKE]as complete chicken and don't wont to see nasty big numbers,[/STRIKE] taking a balanced approach and chilling out:D . However, family wedding next weekend is focussing the mind wonderfully back on SW plan:eek: .
Hope the meeting went ok today starlight - well done on another excellent w.i.
Welcome lizard lady - any ideas for how you'd like to lose weight other than exercise - well done on losing inches! That's fantastic. Everyone here follows a variety of methods, from Low Gi to sw/ww/rc to portion control. The secret is to chose/find a method that suits your tastebuds and life style. And don't forget to include treats to make this sustainable.
Sounds like the obligatory family [STRIKE]nightmare [/STRIKE]holiday can be put behind you now suggs - & sounding very chilled about your current weight:T .
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Dellybelly, sorry if you have already explained but what happened to your tooth? Are you getting it fixed soon?

FFM - glad the miniop went well - hope it's not too sore.

Thanks Lesley, I wish it was all over - but it's not until Friday. I'm not too worried yet, the nerves will probably kick in Friday am, but I know it's nothing to worry about.
