Well done Lois , KPC, Freds and fit or bust

Lois - i34 is a where a heap of gaming geeks bring their pcs to one place and game against one another... much more serious than OH expected but he enjoyed himself all the same.

tagz - the tooth thing is because I'm getting veneers to cover some ugly fillings in my two front teeth.

playing about with this website - its support for people using reductil... seems ok so far. A good way to track my progress anyway!

Taking DS to the swimming pool this morning. Be back later.

    DB
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

42inches eh Suggs? That's alot to play with indeed!

Well it is 14 more inches than I am used too, I thought it might be too too big for me to handle, but after playing with it for a while, it all seems good to me ;)

Sounds like the obligatory family [strike]nightmare [/strike]holiday can be put behind you now suggs - & sounding very chilled about your current weight:T .

Thanks BB, I am trying to keep chilled about my weight, I have been going to over 2 and a half years, and am happy with the weight, I dot want to lose much more, more aim to tone up and hopefully improve my confidence, which sadly is lacking again of late. The Holiday did not help, even when I thought I was doing something right I felt I wasnt

Okay a happyish Dragon today, hopefully we should hear something by the end of the week as to what is happening about the grievances that Dr Dragon put in against his boss for bullying, I am finally managing to talk to someone sensible about our time share!

Oh and I have lost 1.5 pounds of lard and in total I have now lost 29 pounds! Only another 140 pounds (aka a whole person!) to go :rotfl:
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D

    snicker.

surely any more than a handful is a waste?

so sorry you didn't have a fun holiday suggs, i hope it's just teenager stuff. I had a great relationship with my parents as a teenagerbut i'm sure there were still times when we just hated each other.

    yay delly!

i've been lucky the past couple of weeks as i haven't really been focussing on the wight loss - i've been 'kind of' doing sw and kind of not. The last couple of days i've really managed to buckle down and do it properly though. I just have to keep it up over the weekend. MY medieval menu is:

    Sat(R)
    breakfast:quorn saus and eggy bread(Wholemeal)
lunch:cold chicken, bit of cheese, apples and sawge yfarcet(mini pork and pinenut meatballs with sage, ginger, pepper and saffron)
tea:bruet of sarcynesse - saracen stew(beef stew with red wine, cloves and pepper

    Sun(R)
    B:bacon and egy bread
L: all the leftovers from yesterday

I just have to stick to it and i should be fine.

We expected it to be hard work, some of it depended on the weather, some on peoples own motivation to 'do things' annoying her parents was just the icing on the cake (I was trying to defend her, evidently thats not allowed!!)
