Managed to drive for the first time yesterday, took it easy and went over to my friend who only lives a couple of miles away, but looks like I'll be well enough to go to work on Monday. Anyway off to do some more head movement exercises and then for a walk into town to try and further improve my balance (not my bank one though because I intend to do a bit of shopping):DWeight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0 -

Hi Jules
What problem do you have with your balance if you don't mind my asking? Do you do Cawthorne Cooksey exercises? I had to do them and they worked wonders!I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -

I think you will find that the ladies of this thread will make you more than welcome, now that you have made your gender known, especially if your more man than boy.
There are one or two of the male species in hereJust outnumbered by all the lovely ladies.
Welcome D2, have a quick read of the first post for plenty of hints and tips.Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Right weigh in time, after the events and gains of my week away, I am pleased to post a LOSS of 7.4lb
So very pleased with the progress, still 2.6lb to lose to get back on an even kneel with regards to my pre holiday weight. The week has been hard going, almost going on 'cold turkey' from the crap I ate and drank while away, I am going to change my training routine now to allow for the fact that in two weeks I am meant to be running my first 10k for cancer research, stupid idea of mine. Who would have thought it? 30 months ago, I could play rugby, but not run much more than 20yards at a time, and now I might not be playing rugby but am looking at running a 10k!!
Seems pretty quiet in here these days, guess its the lovely summer weather :rotfl:or the lack of some of the gang
Right back soon, got some work to do. Typical and on a Friday too!Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

alright guys and girls!!
Blimming had three days solid of being with friends which is unheard of on summer holidays! Went to this carvey that costs £3.95! proper good though. Then we went to the fun fair in the chaviest place in kent, flirted like only the lingerie girls can and managed to get a £2 discount on the cost of the waltzer ride! ha. Nearly threw the carvery back up again but happy days none the less.
Weight loss is unchanged but, but for some reason my work trousers were feeling a bit looser (first day of being worn after a wash) so unless they have stretched i can only see it as a good sign.
hope everyone is ok! Well done SUGGS thats impressive.
My fat sticks to me like glue and never comes off. Gunna start going swimminng, one of my friends has smaller boobs than i do so she will be ok to go with, and the other is my boob twin so i think it will be ok! (hope theyre not on here ha)
