Right weigh in time, after the events and gains of my week away, I am pleased to post a LOSS of 7.4lb

Ooh well done Suggs, that's a great result - I never seem to be able to lose holiday gains as quickly as that. Where can I put a bet on you being SOTW next week?!

    Hi Jules

What problem do you have with your balance if you don't mind my asking? Do you do Cawthorne Cooksey exercises? I had to do them and they worked wonders!

Hi Tagz, I've had a bout of vertigo and labyrinthitis and have just begun the Cawthorne Cooksey exercises only started them yesterday and so far so good, walked round town and even managed WHsmiths lighting, have only taken one tablet today as well:D

Suggs - way to go with the loss!

Hey all! Not been on for a while cos I've been busy getting a girlfriend!! :D Almost too busy to get to the gym, but I managed to squeeze it in today while she was at work. I met her in town for her lunch break, and also popped in to see my step-sister and have a looksee at her first baby scan pic. It was amazing, you can see all the fingers and toes :D Her next scan is beginning of Oct, should be able to see the sex then. :D

Well done on the losses, welcomes to all the newbies.

Sorry to hear about that Jules, but glad you are getting better. It took 18 months to work out why I was going dizzy, and with the simplest of tests they found out it was labyrinthitis! That was about 10 years ago now. Did it come on after a virus?

  • i just like my food too much lol I dont really have the time to exercise at a gym (i walk with my DD with her in her buggy and ive just brought a seat for her to attach onto a bike so we can go bike riding) and ive tried Weight watcher diet point scheme but i dont think i was doing it right.

I currently weigh 14 stone 5 (am tall so im a size 16) and i have levothyroxine as i had my thyroid removed this year (they're still messing with the tablets so havent got levels right so might not be recieving enough thyroxine but thats another story)

i try and be good and not nibble but i dont seem to be losing any (ok so im only walking and now biking but im trying)

Anyone got any tips? (except stop scoffing lol)
