THere are more than 1,200 cals in one pizza, don't do it:eek: think off all that grease from the pepperoni, from the cheese clogging your arteries, think how much exercise you would have to do just to burn it off, is it worth it?

Just got in from aquafit - really didn't want to go but am glad I did. I've just sat down and realised that if I hadn't made myself go I would have probably been in this position for the last 2 hours!!!!!
    A question.....
Has anyone been wearing their fitflops a lot? I have as I think they are so comfy but this past week my ankles have been swelling like you wouldn't believe, and this is not a problem I have ever had before.
Is there a link I wonder?
I am going to try not wearing them for the next 3-4 days and see if the ankles are any better. I am really cheesed off as my ankles were the only nice skinny thing about me!!!!!

Back again for a mo. No brighton belle I'm not drowning in wee. DS seemed to have got the hand of the potty after a week.

I'd like to say like others I've had a manic few weeks but I'd be lying. I've been lazy and completely off anything even resembling a plan. Had a massive fall out with some people I've been friends with since I was 14 so haven't really been in my happy place. I'm trying to re-focus again and set my sights on a sensible wl plan.

Well done starlight on your 5lbs off, I know you've been struggling for some time so it's a really well deserved result Congrats everyone else on losses/sts.. comiserations to those who've gained......

speaking of gains. brighton belle can you please zero out my losses on the chart as I've gained more weight and I'm now he heaviest I've been in a long time. I will get back to plan... when I find out which one it is!

Good luck everyone and I'll try to check in a bit more often.
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.

Thanks Jules - I can't see why they should make my ankles swell, and have researched them on the net, and maybe it's just me? Time will tell!

Evening everyone! Just like to say thank you for the opinions about losing weight in advance of hols etc :) I've truly done my best these past 3 months so now I'm going to consider the 'pre holiday' job done, and I've officially stopped calorie counting until after I get back! (Scary!)

I tend to agree that relaxing a bit would be a good thing for me. I can double up my efforts when I get back if necessary, I'll have no problem doing that.

Had a wonderful day today, managed a 5.5km run and then an 11km one, followed by my usual hour on the exercise bike this evening! That's the most running I've done in one day even though it was in two separate sessions.

FFM - glad to hear you're up to 18.5 :) I've had the "don't overdo it like Madonna" comments too... :rotfl:

Raph - congrats on the 25 mins run! :D I love hearing about new personal bests on here! Going for 30 mins next?! ;)

Finally getting my new washing machine (I hope) on Thursday, please let nothing go wrong with the delivery!!! *crossed fingers*

thats it!!!!! Orlando bloom comes from here. Probably the best thing! I thought all my clues would have given it away like a shot, especially the canterbury tales book by geoff. Then there was all these bishops that came down here for a conference thing that was on the news cos of that gay one...

Think im doing well food wise. Tomorrow is my last day of working 6 days on the trott, im knackered!!

    take care folks.
