    ha no.

Think of a famous archibishop. Think of the tour de france of last year and where one of the stages finished in england. Think of a famous book by geoffery chaucer. Think of thomas Becket.

Must have got that from the clues!

I've always been of the opinion that it's better to lose a bit in advance of a special occasion - do you guys think I should stop worrying about this and deal with the gains after they have happened instead?

Hmmm  I suppose if you lose before you go, you can enjoy the food without feeling guilty. If you plan on losing after your hol/special occasion then I think it would give the event 'bad vibes', as you'll keep thinking after this is over I will have to be good.
Also when you come back off hol you usually get the post-hol-blues, trying to diet would just add to that!!
    That's my thoughts anyway.

I've been invited to a bbq on Saturday, my first this year. My friend does it properly with huge cuts of pork etc, rather than frozen burgers and sausages. I can't wait!
I have to keep telling myself to be good this week thou, I did promise myself a takeaway pizza tonight after weigh-in, but told myself no. And as I'm working a day shift tomorrow I had a fleeting idea to pop to the bakery for a cheese & onion pasty for my lunch, but I've chopped up some salad instead.
My treat will come on Saturday, so I shall just have to wait! :D
