    What Chester? lol :rotfl:

Still on my course, took a salad with me today, too many biscuits around for my liking, got to the gym last night afterwards, which will help. Might manage a short session tonight as I am out.

On the subject of concerts, I did see the reformed Queen at Brixton acedmy a couple of years ago, with Paul Rogers as the lead. As it was my only time I got to see them I was well happy. Saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers that year as well. Top concert that. Does Tears for Fears count as well??? of course I saw Meat Loaf a couple of times.

Where oh where is my little pet??? (((((( big hugs for you )))))))

Right back to this course, its all switches and routers to me.

Did I miss anything??? or anyone?????

    .

Oh Ill be giving that a wide berth I cant stand that woman!
  • Well, I guess I should report my 1.6lb gain. I did average 2200 cals per day, so it is what I should be expecting, it wasn't all 'planned' calories as I had a few 'temptations' thrown into my path (a BK, 8 eccles cakes and a few random birthday cakes at work) - it's so hard to resist when you've reached target and know you have overshot slightly and need to put some back on.

A passing remark by my OH likening my upper body to Madonna's (have you seen her lately    ) has also given me some resolve to up my BMI. It is now 18.5 so I am getting there.

    FFM :)

  • Madonna looked awful when they televised her performance in Maidstone at the Radio 1 Live show - she was boney and sinewy (sp?)

  • Wouldn't mind Madonna's legs though, mine are nice and 'stumpy' - just great for cycling - I wouldn't blow over in a strong breeze :rotfl:
