    i lost 1lb this week

Abit disappointed has i felt i have tried the hardest this week than any before so after having a word with my ww leader i have reduced my points by one so that should make the difference for next week one thing i know nothing is gonna make me give in as i have so many times before.

welcome to the thread crazychatter , i know what you mean about the cost of going to the meetings as i go to ww but my sister pays for me otherwise i couldnt afford to go , its the only place i can get weighed.

Jeepers, Raph - how big a pizza did you have in mind!!
    :D
An wouldn't it be better to save them until you have lost, say, a stone then treat yourself to a new top or skirt or something?

That £16 is a Dominos deal as well!! I guess I'm glad it's not cheaper else I'd order all the time! Thou I usually buy a large and it does for dinner that night, lunch and dinner the next night (also not good :o)
And I hate clothes shopping!! I tend to buy new stuff only when it's in dire need. I'm just off to town to buy new trainers as these ones are used for gym as well as general use (so are starting to pong) and my swimming costume is falling apart. I think my ex boyfriend bought this one, so it must be at least 7-8 years old, I mean I'm gay now!

:rotfl: it's funny when you say it, his mates must wet themselves.

"You still see that bird you were with, the one who ate all the dominos pizzas?"
"Nah, not likely to either, I was that crap in bed that I turned her gay"

erlqueen, swap you your 0,5lb for my 0.6kg?!

ajax, i am rofling at the negative calorie effect of salad. I will have to give that one a go. did you know that when you snap a bar of chocolate in half the calories all evaporate?

Glad you are missing me, I actually got told off for not being ladylike at weekend would you believe? We had an authentic afternoons entertainment on saturday of competitive cherry stone spitting and I got told off by a friend for joining in. Then he came back to the camp with a peace offering for his wife - she'd had a dibber (for planting bulbs) with a nice metal handle and he'd nicked it to use the handle for something else. He turned up with an oak dibber for her

which of course sent me into hysterics. apparently that wasn't ladylike either. he says the problem is that i look quite demure so it makes it worse when i'm filthy.

feeling sorry for raph's ex boyfriend. Happened to a mate of mine once too, he virtually needed therapy. he kept saying, 'okay i might not have TURNED her gay, but does that mean i'm really feminine?'

    lost another 2lbs this week:D
  • hello everyone,
im a bit gutted as after being ill for a month and no excercise, im back at 13.5 stone again! even after spending a fortnight on the 'heartbreak diet' when i could barely eat or drink anything at all - still no loss!
i have just got myself a leisure pass form (as im on incapacity benefit i can get a years pass for £12 and that gets me in the gym for about £2-3 a time) and i am going to aim for twice a week. i also need to try my yogalates again. its harder to walk when its horrible outside so im trying to push myself at the moment.
from 6th may, i have walked 236.28 miles - i aim to walk 500 by the end of the year, so im not doing to badly!
    Cc debt; £4950 Tesco - £3.37 Boots - £3.94 £2 pot - £0.00 Sealed pot NO40 - £7.87 no spend days jan-3/31 £2 savers = £6

....oh yes of course. Calories don't actually weigh anything so they would all just float off into the air as soon as it was broken. I'll pass that on.
Glad you are missing me, I actually got told off for not being ladylike at weekend would you believe?

    .. yes. I mean no.
We had an authentic afternoons entertainment on saturday of competitive cherry stone spitting

... that sounds excellent fun. How far did you gob one out?

....hopefully you replied something like "No, if you were feminine then she'd be with you now. You're far too masculine for her, Mr Hunkyboy!" (or something like "Huh huh yeah" if it was TOTM :))

    Well done bindi, lainie, dragon!

Congrats everyone who's got a happy result so far this week :D

Lois, most of my trip will be in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, thank you for asking :) Looking forward to it so much. The ferry link between Norway and England is ending - we're on one of the final few sailings *sniff*

Hope the charting goes OK this week BB! I loved the Galibier earlier (helicopter shots of the glacier were breathtaking)... gonna wander off in a minute to catch the ascent of Alpe d'Huez :) Oh, I can think of some non-conventional jerseys I'd like to award ;) HAHAHA!

Missed you Ajax! I'm not bothered about the forum philandering myself... :p Glad you enjoyed your weekend!

Sounds like all's going well with the new bike Efrieze? To have maintained since January is a great achievement, regardless of the ups and downs, so well done for that!

My new heart rate monitor thingy is here, so now I have 10 mins to work out how to use it before I get on the exercise bike for the Alpe d'Huez stage!
