I'm like a pig in clover here: a pkt of bourbon biscuits (post wi - sts) and a cup of tea by my side; the live coverage of the brilliant L'alpe Duez stage of the tour de france on TV and lap topping in the warm breeze wafting in the window and a blazing blue sky:D . Just come home from a new mosaic class (guess what family are getting for xmas) which was fun.
Ajax , you tart, ROFLing at your 1st post... and it's Ms chartkeeper... still working on the conversion to Mrs:D
Idly collating the wi results into the chart
FFM - well done for gaining a bit; I know that for you that takes courage and is every bit as valuable to the forum as many of us losing bit by bit. You are keeping your self fit and healthy on the inside with that cycling.
Hope you make it to the top missy:rotfl:I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Dragon - good to have you back, and as ever, well done on getting back on the wagon after yet another set back:T . Victory - how are the joints today? I guess a little better if you were able to get out to Boots? Efrieze - I would say you are maintaining very well. There is no rule book that defines maintaining as limited to 2lbs either way. To be the same as you were 7 months ago is very very good, and you are getting so much fitter too, so in essance, you are way healthier than you were last xmas.
Erlqeen - the water in your neck of the woods place sounds very frightening:D . I personally love the fact that if you only have 2 bourbons at a time, say every half hour, that does not constitute the whole packet in an afternoon, and therefore barely registers as a treat.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

HeheGreat, great stage. I did an hour on the bike at a good 'mountain' setting and managed to beat my previous best by 2.1km. Love that stage. I was pointing out to my son where our campsite was, and the shop where we got all our supplies:rotfl:
Then we celebrated with cheeseburgers (home ones not BK or anything) ... unheard of in this house! Hope everyone else is having a good day too0 -

Thanks for the chart BB, and the support for the 'reluctant' gaining.
Hello Crazychatter :hello: , I did Rosemary Conley without attending classes (or exercising - although now I've lost the weight I'm enjoying cycling)
I won't be weighing in for 2 weeks as I'm off to sunny Spain - lots of sea, sun, sangria and seafood :j
