i havent been on here for 3 weeks as i forgot to plot my weight loss...lol
    I have been out biking...roughly 30-38 miles a week.
I take the dog on a 2 mile walk every day weather permitting and i have now bought myself an exercise bike.
I have cut out all the rubbish i eat and now eat healthy and in a sort of routine.
Anyway in 4 weeks i have just wighed in and i have lost 12lb.
My trousers are hanging off me and i am beginning to notice a difference in my shape.
I just hope i can keep it all up

Ha! A viper in the nest! I'll expect complete sackcloth and ashes and prostration petrichor if you so casually tear up our 'we're not going on holiday this year' constitution. It's a slippery slope you know, 'just discussing it'.....

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Calm down Bb ol' thing :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Here are the full details of the 'discussion' :-

    Me..Wouldn't mind a holiday

    MrP..Where?

    Me..(Shrugs shoulders) I dunno

MrP..No, I'm not really bothered either  ...

So fear not, we shall be continuing with our virtual world tour :D although I do take heart from this as he normally says 'why' rather than 'where':j ...We did a financial review a while back and it made us realise just how complacent we had become with everything and were letting money slip through our fingers. We've since saved quite a bit, hence the forlorn hope of a holiday as it was one excuse less. Now I've changed completely and question everything before doing it. It's one of the good things that's happened to us :j ...

...Pleased to see your attitude with that tiny gain Suggs  . Anyone following you in starting the new threads has a jolly hard act to follow because you've been so good, and I don't think I'm up to it mentally at the moment :o ...

...Lovely to have you back with us Beanie  , so you've had some heat ay? Lucky you :D ...

..Well done kenny :j and kymrob :j ...

    xxxx

    Im baaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!

New forest was a wash out. Bloody rain rain rain!! Had some dry spells but it was really good. There was a sauna in the bathroom!! totally lush. It was quite funny cos the temperature in there was like 45+ and i only litely perspriring on my forehead and back, where as my boyfriend was dripping with sweat, so it probably did naff all for me.

Outside our lodge was a little stream with a couple of bunny rabbits that wondered about. Even saw a wood pecker and its young outside our lodge, digging in the grass! left lots of holes in the mud.

I thought the isle of wight was crap. Wasnt so keen on that. Might have been the high wind and rain though, and the chavs. Best bit was seeing sone dood blow some glass. Bought a bit for my mums birthday, she loved it.

Oh and guess what other half bought in portsmouth? a WII FIT!!! its soooooooooooooooooooooo good. Its given me a bit more push to loose weight, so im going to try and do it via the wii fit. I can exercise at home so i dont have to get embarassed about going outside, but i am going to try and up my walking. I love the yoga! Matt hasnt got off it yet, hes just doing the press up side thing (hes cheating cos he has his knees down!!)

Oh bloody hell, went to portsmouth and theyve only got a cadburys seconds shop there. Sodding hell. Bought lots of chocolate. Infact came home with loads of the stuff!

Oh and mum and dad bought sky + while i was away. Its well good. Proper handy!

only trouble is my brother has this girl down from newcastle and i got work most of the week next week :( Anyway, im off for a bit of wii fitting!

    speak soon folks

Urg, had a couple of bad days, eating everything I can (a 200g bar of chocolate is 53.5 syns, I discovered after eating it) and just not caring if I lose weight or not. I'm going to try and get it back under control, but I feel so bleh I don't know if I want to.

    what a day

My son has been complaining about a lump near his bum since thursday night , he had the same problem before about 2 months ago and i thought it was a boil by what he was describing as then after 24hrs the it burst and he was fine so i assumed it was the same thing as he said it felt the same as before. so anyway this morning it was still there and unlike him he didnt want to go out or anything(which is very unlike him) so i asked him to show me but being 15 in 7 days he didnt want to , finally persuaded him to and there was a large swelling at the bottom of his bum about the size of a pool ball he wouldnt let me look further as it was very painful.
so i called the hospital and they told me to take him to primary care clinic for minor injurys/illnesses so after talking him round because he didnt want to go (really embarrassed) we went they saw him straight away and said it was an abscess and it was very large so they sent him to the hospital who after bursting it they said that the head(root) was inside his bum and so to stop it from happening again they took him to theatre to clean it all out and pack it , he was back to his oldself when he came back fidgety and asking for food , he had to stay in but they said he should be out tomorrow.
He didnt want me to stay with him and i keep thinking i should be there although i know hes ok and everything and after speaking to my mam she was like hes 15 its not cool if your mam stays with you but she says that feeling never goes of wanting to be there no matter what age your children are.
The one thing that really annoyed  me is they doctor bought the form to sign for his op and he give it to david and he signed it then he put it away so i said i havnt signed the form and the doc said its ok you dont need to david knows what happening and understands. Now i'm all for children taking responsabilties but its getting beyond a joke , firstly with the school now this what next? sorry rant over
i left home at 3.30pm and i got back at 1am , so i'm knackered but i can't sleep , i'm gonna make a cuppa and put a dvd on and hopefully that will help.

night or should i say morning all.

    Hi fokls,

Just catching up dead quick as I've had my 3 neices for a sleepover last night and the'yre likely to still be here for the next few hours.

Well done everyone on losing/sts/admitting gains. I've had a nightmare couple of weeks and haven't been about much at all. Starting again tomorrow not today cos I'm not entirely sure I'll be able to stick to things with being so tired - the girls were all up giggling till stupid o'clock and OH was up at 6am to go to work.

    I'll come back again tomorrow.

OH BTW - has anyone tried my fitness coach for the DS? Is it worth buying?

    Ta.
