oooh, all the togs are coming out now! have to agree with lois though, i too really can't be doing with sk. I'm enjoying lynn bowles more than fran godfrey, she's really good.

just got back in! did my rounds, then went to pick oh up from a friend's house and ending up staying for a bit. Was good though - had a tiny sliver of banana bread that she made, and now i'm eating my planned meal. go me!

Tbh I tend to tune in for the showtunes with SK and I'm so used to hearing her now that her voice no longer irritates me. She is often funny when chatting to Lynn though.

Missy that calorie intake sounds fab and I'm trying to imagine eating that many in a day. Tsk - I now have cravings for masses of empty calories



Nothing planned for the weekend. I rarely do which is just how I like it after a week in the office. Might change if I can talk my friend into going to see Mamma Mia on Sunday.

The thread appears to have been taken over by a weird language. I used to be able to understand what was being said here but can someone please tell me what TYGs, TOGs and SKs are? Thanks. I have a feeling it's sci-fi based but I just don't do sci-fi.

This is what my evil mother has done now:rolleyes: for some unknown reason, mother has decided I am going to spain on the 17, not true going on the 31st,always was for 4 weeks not 6, I did think about 6 weeks like last year but the flights were too costly so finally agreed to 4 weeks for cost,she was arranging a flat for me through a friend of a friend at cost for a month but has told the woman I am coming for 6 weeks, now owner hopping mad and wants to charge me august proper rates because she is so annoyed, rather than friendship cut rates for the month:rolleyes: because of her interfeerance she has maddened the owner and now I feel sick as to how much real money the increase in rent is going to be? Got the flights, got the bikini but have not got the huge extra increase the owner is now being insistant on because she feels she has been messed around:rolleyes:
Tried to get hold of the owner twice and talk to her to calm her down but no answer so far, I am sitting here thinking my hol is ruined because we have just moved house etc and more money to go out is not an option,proper august money rental is out of my league,now the owner has every card in her favour because she already has 500 euros deposit from me back in February, whatever she increases it to is what she will do, if I say no then she will keep the deposit and it is a win win for her but a loose loose for me, OH says go only for the 500 euros worth I have already paid worth but in proper august rent that will only be maybe a week:eek: ,to not agree to what she increases it to but she holds all the cards, to only for 2 weeks but that means changing the flights at cost, why was I ever giving this mother?:rolleyes:

I'd be extremely tempted to write off the 500 Euros and tell the owner and your mother to stick it but with the cost of the flights also involved...

ok guys

my weight in day is today

yesterday i weighed 13stone7 which was a 3pound loss

but today i weighed in at 13 stone 5 pounds meaning a 5 pound loss!

total loss to date 1 stone and 9 pounds - 23 pounds total!

i am 5 pounds away from being the weight i was 10 years ago at school!
