hey guys,
just a quick post before i go to bed!
It was a glass of wine then a glass of coke, just to clarify. Although concorde is hardly wine, but i love cheap wine. Hate anything over £3.99!
My friend came into work on saturday. She's haunting me cos i found out the other day that the reason she hasnt been into work since easter is because she has anorexia. She was a 30F and now she is a 30D. When i saw her she looked yellowy, pale, horrendously thin, gaunt. Infact she looked a bit like a dead woman walking. Wanted to knock on the door and see if anyone was in. Im not going to complain im fat for a long time, i dont feel guilty about the chips and battered sausage now.
Had a busy day preparing for the next week. Im so excited but the weather doesnt look good at alltaken all different bits of clothes to cover myself, but im proper looking forward to it! especially a swim.
Anyway, have a good week everyone and i'll see ya next week sometime! Say a prayer for good weather for me everyone! ciaaaaaaaaaaaaaaao0 -

Urg, not had the best day. Was hungry most of it (friend was meant to take me food shopping, but he slept until after the supermarkets closed) so by 10pm gave in and bought a small chip butty from the pizza shop downstairs. Since that's 21 syns by itself (chips 17.5 on green, 3.5 for the bread bun) I've decided to calculate my syns on a weekly basis, as I have been under most of the week and used none on Friday.
I just hope I can get some food in tomorrow. Can't get it delivered as my address doesn't exist yet (and I can't exactly tell them to deliver to the pizza shop).
Thanks fitorbust for the information on Aldi- I shall make a list for when I can get therePurple Penguin Power!

My worst nightmare would be to live above a pizza shop , dont worry about the chip butty if i had to wait that long i would have had there whole menu , the fact that you can stick to losing weight with that much temptation on your doorstep well i take my hat of to you (well i would if i wore one but you know what i mean lol ).safc forever

I'm fine with living above a pizza shop, and my friend works there so he can still give me support (on bad nights I go and sit in his car while he's doing deliveries). I'm trying to get him to understand that I need to shop at Asda (I know what food I like there, I know the layout, I know it's cheap and it's reassuring for me especially with all the recent changes, moving house and things) and trying to shop locally is part of the reason why I keep having mini-meltdowns. Sometimes I wish I could drive, but the DVLA probably wouldn't let me have a licence at the moment even if I could.
I've also asked him if I can delay paying him back the £200 I still owe him so I can buy an oven. Would make my life a lot easier, and would mean I could cook properly again (I love omelettes, but they're not the same microwaved).Purple Penguin Power!

wow youngbean! thats a great achievement. the martial arts will have a very positive impact on your shape. The only drawback for me was that I was hoping my legs and thighs would slim down. tHey didn't - they just went solid muscle.
I had heard that russell t davies was off, but apparently the main writer from now on is the guy who did 'blink' which for my money, was one of hte most truly terrifying episodes of dr who I've ever seen. would hate to see dt go and not sure about robert carlysle - he's a bit too like dt. however, i was horrified at the prospect of donna as an assistant, and that turned out brilliantly.
had a blip last night and savaged a bag of giant snack a jacks. still, that could have been a whole lot worse given the stock of crisps i have in the house! Making the transition from calorie counting to sw this week, so wish me luck. We had our haggis pancakes and theywere lush. a lot of faffing though!0 -
