Sparkles- I bought some little dumbells last week on a carboot! A full set only cost me 2.00gbp and thats for 2x 0.5kg, 2x 1kg and 2x 1.5kg.
I just need to master the art of the sit up and the press up haha I looked a right fool at Tae Kwon Do trying to do them in front of people

Well, I've lost 0.6lbs this week, bringing my total back to 49lbs.
I averaged 1684 calories per day.
I also cycled to work for 4 days, so I've cycled more than 50 miles this week. Saving me money and the environment all in one :j
My muscle has increased by 0.6lbs, probably due to the cycling - I think my bingo wings are smaller and my thighs firmer. At least my Tanita scales describe me as 'thin and muscular' rather than just 'thin'.
We had a chinese tonight, so that should help put the lbs back on. We've got enough leftovers in the fridge for another 2 nights - and we only ordered a set meal for 2, 3 of us ate chinese and DS had a pizza. The junk food was a treat for the little monkeys working hard in their exams - haven't had the results back yet - but we reward the effort they put in rather than the results - it only seems fair that way.
DS has offered to come on a bike ride with me in the morning - at 6am  (he wants to avoid the traffic)
I probably should go to bed now.

Thanks very much for this ffm. The 'easiyo' I fancy is from lakeland(:smileyhea ) too, reduced to £9 from 13.99 and makes a ltr at a time. I've been getting some good feedback on it and it uses no electricity at all. I don't plan to use the yogurt mixes they sell, but to home make as per your recipe, which I have just written down. Thanks for the ice cream flavouring tip. I lurve lakeland, so know the yog pots you're referring to. Looks like i could save myself a lot of money in a few months.funkyfunkymonkey wrote: »Hi BB

I guess it is a bit pricey, but I have never had a duff batch.

PLG, in Finnish, satu means fairytale and marru is a girl's name, shortened - the finns use 'u' like we use'y' (as it katy etc), so basically it is marru's fairytale - which we as a family are delighted with, makes the memories even more special. Thanks for the japanese info - totally confirms the jap connection was wrong.
Managed one Dr who this afternoon, must watch the last 2 tomorrow.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Sparkles- Thats what I nearly did. I was about to go to Argos and spend the money, until I saw them on a stall. Literally brand new.
Took them power walking/ jogging on Tuesday night, they are really good
