    Evening.

I have not done too bad this afternoon. Managed to get some things dry on the line in between the showers.

I have just been out to check on my little ve patch and the snails have had a field day. My bean plants have been stripped bare and all the cabbage leaves look like confetti. Looks like it's time for aggressive measures!!

I just nipped down to Argos to buy a new duvet (with my survey coupons)but it was shut. So I have rammed my old one in the WM. Hope it doesn't break the washer :o .

I'm sure if Pigpen is around she may find you to blame though ;)

Of course....everything is my fault!!! I would take it personally but she does give me my fair share of dog biscuits so I don't want to get on the wrong side of her!! :rotfl:

On another note, i'm so glad I didn't go out tonight. I get on very well with my dad but we don't really 'talk' that much. He's just phoned up 'for a chat' and we talked for abou 20 minutes. It's the first time he's really asked me about the courses i'm doing at the moment as he was always a little miffed that I left my job in tv to do what I do now. He even said he was proud of me. Why does that still mean so much even though i'm nearly 40!!

Its raining heavens hard here now too.
Went to MK this morning to get DS a watch for doing so well in his swimming gala and DD a jewellery box for passing her dance exams and going up a level in swimming.
Got home and noticed a disgusting smell in the house. Blamed the cat lol but when it didn't go away started investigating. Someone had turned my freezer off. This is the freezer that I filled up with £100 worth of meat last Monday. The smell was disgusting.
We shall be living on vegetables for the month because I can't afford to refill it.
Hope everyone has had a better day than me. Only upside -freezer doesn't need defrosting now and the kitchen is clean.

DavGirl check through it all, makes sure it's not off then COOK IT ALL then refreeze it! Had the same happen before, takes a while cooking everything off but saves the expense.

Mudbath, that's lovely, maybe something in the air at the mo as my Dad rang me on Wednesday just 'for a chat and to ask how you are' :D

Oh and I've done close to **** all studying :( can't get motivated. Might get something to eat then have a go at it, only had sausage butty today.
One day I might be more organised...........
