Hi V hows you? Bag packs are when you go to a supermarket and pack for the customers, with a bucket for donations.

Still very cross with DS1 over his job. Yes it is the same boss and I've been a bit sceptical oer the yarn DS1 came out. Had a word with his college tutor and we'll see what happens on Thursday.

When someone packs your bags at the checkout in supermarket & money goes to charity I think.

I'm good thanks L. Sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your Mum.
How are you managing money wise since the work bombshell?
Is there a market near you or even a busy shopping street where your dd could sell hm cakes, biscuits etc plus maybe some potted up off shoots from plants? Or hm Xmas mince pies, decs, holly and mistletoe later, maybe Halloween/ bonfire night stuff now, cards or whatever she might be good at making? Sorry! No doubt you've done all that. I just remembered some young girl and her Mum doing that with a big sign explaining why when I was in Dorset for a weekend some years ago.Good luck to her fundraising efforts in this difficult climate.

Not sleeping vey well at the moment. DS1 has got me very worried. He's got his second attempt at his theory test on Tuesday, still not holding out much hope and getting fed up with his attitude, my goodwill has nearly reached the end of the line and OH is as equally fed up.

Had a meetng at school on Wednesday with DD1 regarding doing a linear maths exam, if she can pass this it will guarantee her a C. She's been doing practice papers every night and the ones we can't help her with she'll ask the maths tutor. Have another meeting next week for DS2, feel like I've never been away from that school at the moment.

Got to look after the shop later on this morning for about an hour. OH is going to see my chiropracter and go on her inversion table, he's taking DD2 along then she can go and get her friends birthday present. Also had a phone call to say my doors are ready. It'll be great to have them back as its been ruddy freezing, not sure open plan is for me!

Lost another couple of lbs this week bringing my total up to 12. Must admit that I'm sick of salads so have roasted some veg for this coming weeks dinner. Need to clean out the fridge today, there's hardly anything in it so seems to be a good time. Going to have a cuppa and then try and get back to sleep.

Well done on the weight loss, perhaps you could switch to home-made soups instead of salads with the weather being so cold

2 Loads of washing done and on the line 3rd one in the machine. Stove cleaned and ready for lighting, DD2 has cleaned the bathrooms, fridge innards are in the dishwasher just waiting for that to finish then it can be rebuilt. Babysitting the shop whilst OH gets tweaked.
