Renting a PO Box?
I want to rent a PO Box because a physical postal address is required for email marketing and I've heard that using a PO Box is an option. However, so far all the PO Box services I've seen require a driving licence or passport which I don't have. Are there any PO Box services in the UK that don't require this?

Apparently I can't delete my info off the director info on companies house. Simple question about nominal share capital
Hi, This is a very naïve question - I am researching a historic company which was started with £10,000 nominal share capital. Does this mean that the company actually had £10,000 of capital or that they simply issued this many shares to the owner without any payment? Or is it not actually clear from this if either is the…
