Hi all, my limited company vehicle received a parking charge notice 13 days ago (from SIP Parking) - it was placed on the windscreen for the reason of "no ticket displayed". I've seen the Edna Basher "ABC Company" template but I just wanted to make sure I can use this given there has been no letters issued or notice to…

Initial Parking PCN
Hi all! I posted this elsewhere but figured it’d be worth posting it here too :) Long and short, letter in the post last from “Initial Parking” was a PCN from a recent trip to Wales. Addressed to me as I’m the keeper of the vehicle and claims the car was parked longer than it should have been. The driver has a ticket and…

Bailiffs & New Vehicle
Hi all, I have a question about bailiffs. I had a bailiff visit for a few old parking fines that I have ongoing disputes but the council/local authority seems to be in limbo; they've instructed bailiffs but when I contact the LA to remind them that there should be a hold on any enforcement they tell me that they can't deal…

Hi, I'm trying to initiate plan A for my private parking ticket but I can't seem to be able to find out who owns the car park. Euro Car parks machine produced a ticket and conned me into thinking I have paid!
Hi I need some advice regarding a fine from Euro car parks (ECP). The letter to the CEO Below explains the full details. Apologies if this isn't the right section. A colleague of mine has been done 3 times in 2 days. Same camera in a 30 mph zone. He thought it was a 40. Poor excuse, obviously. Theres a 39mph, 38mph and 35mph. Two fines within 1 hour of each other. Is there any option here to plead stupidity? Or suck up the 9 points? Hes done…
