I complained about my PPI claim that I had in the 1990's with empire stores . I had a response from la redoute today that as it was sold before 14th Jan 2005 then I could not claim . I then took this to the ombudsman and they said the same ! Is there anything I can do ?

Lloyds TSB packages account success!!
