Settlement Figure
Hi All, I have 29 payments left of my IVA. The contributions add up to £6641. A family member has offered to clear the balance for me. What would people suggest is a realistic figure to offer to creditors? I was thinking £5000. Anyone have an idea if that’s reasonable? thanks

Windfall after the IVA was settled
I settled an IVA with 2015. I have now had a windfall for mis-sold pension advice that they are pursuing. It clearly states on the IVA paperwork that they can pursue me basically until the end of time for mis-sold PPI not for general compensation awarded . has anyone else had this and can anyone help?
