Where an applicant for a DRO is a (say) married man with nil income, and all the debts are his alone (no joint debts) how does he apply household bills into a SOA when his wife is the sole earner?

So what about the partners assets? the debts pre-date them getting together and again, BR couldnt include joint debtsNow we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...0

It seems that even with the inclusion of all incomes there will be no disposable income left over so it wont matter what the IS decide
