Cash ISA ~partial~ transfer to Stocks and Shares ISA?
Lets say I've used up this tax year's ISA allowance, £20,000 into a Cash ISA. Is it possible to do a PARTIAL transfer, lets say £5,000, to a Stocks and Shares ISA? Is that allowed by the rules? Are there any known providers that are easy to do it with? Thanking you!

Hi all, I've just noticed that my Chip ISA interest rate has dropped some time within the past week or so, but I never got any email notification to say it was happening?
