Transfer of cash from S&S ISA to cash ISA

I have a S&S ISA with InvestEngine which currently has ~£45k in it. I am planning to transfer half of this money to my T212 cash ISA. This week I have sold half of my stocks and moved the cash from my S&S ISA portfolio to "S&S ISA cash" section in preparation for the transfer. If I instruct T212 to do the ISA transfer, will they just transfer the cash as I wish, or will they also transfer the remaining stocks which I wish to keep with InvestEngine? Should I request a full transfer as I want to send all of the cash or a partial transfer as I want to keep the remaining stocks? I can't seem to find the individual account numbers for the S&S ISA cash or the S&S portfolio, just my client reference which seems to cover both accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would need to be specified as a partial transfer, as a full one would entail the remaining investments being sold and the proceeds transferred too.
