Manufacturers price vs 3rd Party price
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, I couldn't find anything appropriate. Can anyone explain why the cost of an item on a manufacturer's website is often more than buying the same item from a 3rd Party company? You would think it couldn't be any cheaper than the manufacturer can make it.

50cm wide washing machine?
Can anyone please let me know if they are aware of 50cm wide washing machines for sale in UK? Make/model would be great. Thanks a…

dishwasher
Have narrowed down my choice of dishwasher to a Bosch or a Miele. Looking at reliability, longevity, robustness together with good washing/drying but no fancy features, can anyone share their experiences? It needs to be semi integrated, full size and probably have a cutlery tray as opposed to a basket.

Clothing Catalogue recommendations for the Older Shopper
Hi there, I've recently cancelled my mum's Abifel catalogues as I've not read very good things about the company. As my mum's 84 and a full time carer for my dad, it's important that she's still able to shop from home and I'd love to sign her up with a different catalogue that caters for a slighly older clientelle, and…
