-= Is picnova a new scam? =-

I want to print a big canvas picture. Offer of picnova is

1 metre Photo Canvas only £20*

https://www.picanova.co.uk/nl/1007520INCRM1695.jsf?utm_campaign=NL-17W1-SO-UK%5b2484956%5d&utm_source=Newsletter&utm_medium=Email&emst=2YHIx1N9K5_5806_2484956_45

When I upload my pic only gives following options. So cannot get the £20 offer. What is wrong?

The picture's resolution (2370 × 750 pixels) is sufficient for the following formats:

1 Part Price per Unit

20x20 cm £ 29.00

60x20 cm £ 39.90

80x20 cm £ 37.90

90x30 cm £ 59.90

120x30 cm £ 79.90

120x40 cm £ 75.90

Works for me, you need to ensure the pic has the correct aspect ratio to fit on a 100x75, yours isn't (2370 × 750) and that the pixel count is high enough, i just tried a 4000x3000 pixel pic and the £20 option came up.
Your pic is way too wide to fit on a 100x75

When I change aspect ratio to 4000x3000 picture becomes stretched beyond use. How to fix that please?

You need to crop the sides off

Or if you really need the whole thing, you'll need a custom size for such a long thin image

No idea if these guys are any good, but prices seem reasonable

Which free program is good for cropping?

Are you on a pc? If so 'paint' will already be on there and will do it easily

If you really insist on putting it onto a 100x75, your only options are to either lop off a big chunk each side, or have a big blank strip top and bottom
Alternatively, buy a custom canvas 100x33 (£25) or whatever size you like from somewhere that does custom sizes

Is the image you posted the best resolution you have? It's not the best, goes pixelly as soon as you zoom in a bit, won't look good on a big canvas

Quality is terrible to print out. Looks like the original picture was only 640 pixels wide.

Even at 2347 pixels your looking at 60 pixels per inch, where a decent photo will be 600 pixels per inch.

The link to the photo you put is not really upto being printed. Looks like you
copied thumbnails and not full sized photo's.
