Morrisons could have potential supply issues due to deot fire

The warehouse covers a large number of stores, as my ex worked for them. and how far south and north it covers now.

Tuna flakes in Brine at Poundstretcher
3x165g tins for £1 and it tastes good :) I noticed today that they are selling other tins in bundles of 4x145g for £2.69, you do get the choice of oil or brine with them but I know which ones I will continue to get.

Coconut Oil!
i have recently started to get into all this healthy eating stuff and lots of the recipes I am making use coconut oil (I know there are mixed views on how healthy this actually is but it makes cakes taste good!) The problem is it costs a fortune for a small jar...any tips on where to get it cheap?

My Local covenience stores... 50% off everything... Today and tomorrow only
"My Local" convenience stores (previously owned by Morrisons) have gone bust... EVERYTHING in store is half price including cigarettes. I believe some stores have already closed... But others are open until late tonight and tomorrow will be last day.

Black Rice
Anybody here tried this? I'd never heard of black rice so when I came across a mention of it in a review of a rice cooker, thought I'd do a bit of Googling! Supposed to prevent all manner of awful diseases, be full of everything good and more or less promises everlasting life! I must try some:)

M&S Outlet sweets and biscuits bargains
Popped into local M&S outlet today. They were selling packets of sweets and biscuits for 20p. Some had sell by dates of end of June but others were August and beyond. Also tins of Belgian biscuits for £2. Sales Assistant on checkout said they were no longer selling sweets and biscuits at checkouts.

As above, spotted today in Tesco: "Perfectly Imperfect" fresh UK strawberries (mine were Kent) 227g for 75p. Nothing at all "wrong" with them - they seem to be just not-quite-perfect shape-wise; I can assure you that they taste delicious. :D

price of apples!
I've just paid £2.73 in the Co-Op for two apples ..and another £1.17 for a small cooking apple :eek: Is this normal? Perhaps the variety I bought are out of season. They weren't even organic or anything like that. I'm sure apples are not usually that pricey!
