Watch out there will be a troll about
See the regular benefit troll has been rumbled and all their threads wiped off this board, but he/she never gives up. They've had more reincarnations than Dr Who! Be wary of every new OP. Thoroughly nasty troll, who could prevent people from trying to help genuine posters.

Getting aunt into care home
Hi, this isn't exactly a money saving issue but I'm only a member of two forums, and the other one is a health-related one, so I thought I would try posting in here. My 85 year old aunt has dementia. She will ask four or five times in the space of twenty minutes what day is it and what time is it, and can't remember what…

Before I started my job, as a single mother of 2 with one disabled child, I did not have to sign on weekly or look for work but was able to claim carer's allowance. I did this for a year or 2 while my child was having a…

In my opinion he should not be driving why is he being allowed to drive surely his gp must report to the DVLA.

Face to Face (High Risk Suicide)
Hi, Just before Christmas I completed the yearly ESA 50 booklet and provided heaps of evidence and letters from doctors and mental health specialists. It did specifically state I had attempted suicide on several occasions and that I'm under a 5 year mental health program and on strong medication. A few weeks later I was…
