Hi Im just thinking ahead and proparing myself, would it be perfectly ok to keep a diary of all the help i need during the day and use this at a tribunal or dwp medical examination? i get nervous when i am put on the spot and my mind goes blank will this be acceptable or do they demand you not keep any sort of notes?
