Debt being recovered by two separate companies?
Hello, would be grateful for any advice. Self managing a DMP, all been pretty smooth. Have set up payments towards most debts. I had a 13000 loan with RBS, and there are two different companies, AIC and Zinc contacting me about the same debt. I don’t really know which to deal with. Thanks

DMP, maxing credit and full and final offer
I have been reading through all the DMP posts and I see someone asked should they max all their credit before starting their DMP so they have a large emergency fund and can make full and final offers? Is this a route anyone takes? How early in could you make full and final offers? If you have a little lump sum available…

When Should I Start Paying?
I've been reading this forum for months as I start my own self managed DMPs to handle my credit card and loan debts. The key seems to be to wait until a debt defaults and then set up a payment plan asap to avoid any chance of CCJs. Vanquis defaulted on my credit file last month and I received a letter from Lowels saying…
