Council Tax rises
Martin, it isn't entirely accurate to say Council Tax is rising by 3% as this does not take into account the Adult Social Care Precept. For example, where I live Council Tax is rising by 1.99% and the Adult Social Care Precept is rising by 2.5%. The overall increase in the bill payable is 4.49%.
