Just a good old debt solutions sales company taking advantage of new tech that`s all -

"Freeze Debt Ltd which is registered in England and Wales. Registered Number 11842271. Freeze Debt Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Blackberry Finance Solutions Limited. Our Firm Reference Number is 840092. Blackberry Finance Solutions Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, its Firm Reference Number is 669786".

They act as an introducer, and get paid a fee if you "take their advice".

Best to avoid such things, just go to stepchange or one of the other free debt advice charities.

I used Stepchange and they were brilliant. I put it off talking to them for ages as I felt apprehensive and embarrased about discussing my debts, but tney were completely non judgmental and turned things right round.
