jc iternational and Bw legal the same company?

Hi. I got a letter saying i owe money to bw legal on behalf of jc international for a talktalk internet debt. Are they the same company or do i owe them both? I googled jc international and this guide says they are their own company owned by "Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions (CARS)". I am confused which company is

I would guess BW are the debt collector/pseudo-solicitor and JCI are the actual owners.
So any dealings would be with/through BW0 -
Debts are bought and sold in bulk, thousands of accounts at a time, these debt purchasing companies, in this case JCI, use pseudo collectors/solicitors, such as BW to collect them on their behalf.
