HI I read somewhere that if in receipt of Incap any CSA monies I am entitled too are cut to just £10.00 pw and the rest would go back to the state. If this is correct how does this help people in my situation? Typical I can't find where I read it now lol

When do I stop paying for my son who will be 16 next year. I currently pay 15% of my monthly wage. My lad will probably leave school next year and hopefully get an apprenticeship. The csa are vague on this one in their booklet.
