Bolton/Dudley complaints

My case is being dealt with by the Bolton office. If you want to make a complaint you have to send it to the Dudley office. I received email to say that they are dealing with complaint and if need to contact them to phone. So here is the phone number for complaints for the Bolton and Dudley offices if anyone needs it 0845 6090062.
