Hi I have a full time job but have been doing mystery shopping jobs for the past two and a half months , i know i need to apply to be self employed for the 2nd before 3 months is up but unsure how to go about it due to me paying tax on my first job ? Any ideas or help please??

I'm thinking about buying and selling stuff on gumtree/ebay etc. but would like to know what the best way to go about this is, have looked on here before and people have said you can sell sofas putting ad on the shop window by getting the sofa from gumtree.
