I've done pureprofile surveys for a while. After getting a tablet the surveys no longer earn anything.
I've contacted pureprofile and they say it's a problem with there system.
I don't have access to a pc and I've some money in my account but not enough to pay out.
Pureprofile say they are trying to sort the glitch in there system but can't pay out til I reach £25. I'm about half way there.
I can't do any more surveys so can't reach pay out.
Anyone else had this?

Well if it is a system problem, all you can do is to wait I'm afraid. I have an issue with OnePoll and in a similar position. It is what it is I suppose.

Pureprofile know there is a problem with people using tablets and phones. They say they are trying to sort it out but it's been weeks.

I also had this happen with a phone poll the other day, and they said I would get the points eventually - hasn't happened yet! They also advised me to do surveys on a PC in the future until they sort out this glitch. Not much help to you, I'm afraid.

No it's not much help, I'm a bit annoyed with them really as I'm sure a lot of people use tablets and phones now and some points do register but not all.
Not impressed with pureprofile customer services.
