    Has anyone else got this working?
    It keeps asking me for my date of birth... and then it doesn't log me in. I presume they don't have the right value on record. I have had emails from them... but they are slow to reply and not helpful.

    Would be good to have good news about them.

    Working without an issue for me. They are usually not that slow to reply and if you need to update your profile, you can do by asking them.
