Swagbucks - Incorrect credit for Shop & Earn

Hello all,
Having a spot of bother with Swagbucks and hoping somebody can advise me what to do.
A while ago I spent £1200 at Topman through Swagbucks. Order delivered, all fine etc. Anyway, when my shop was finally awarded I was given 7SB because the order value had only shown $1. So I've been in touch with them to try and get the correct SB awarded but I'm having no luck. They've added some SB to my account but far less than I should have got according to my calculations.
At the time of purchase, Swagbucks were paying 7SB for every $ spent. I checked the exchange rate for that day and it was $1.24 to every pound which works out that I spent $1488 (when converted to dollars). As Swagbucks were paying 7SB for every dollar, I should have received 10416 SB.
Swag bucks have awarded me the original 7 SB, then they awarded me 1200 SB when I contacted them, then awarded another 1200 SB when I contacted them to clarify. So I've received 2407 SB so I reckon I'm owed 8009 SB. I've emailed Swagbucks with my calculations but they are now ignoring me.
Could somebody tell me if my sums make sense, and what I should do in this situation?
Many thanks
J
