Possible to claim Carers and Income based JS Allowance at the same time?
Simple question, can somone who is on income based jsa, claim carers allowance for an elderly parent on High rate attendance allowance? Would there be any point anyway as DLA would certainly be reduced even if it was possible?

How many rooms under LHA
I have been asked to find out how many rooms a mother and her 7 children (yes 7) are entitled to claim under the new LHA rules. How many children can be in one room, what ages and sexes etc. I have a feeling the answer is a 5 bedroom rate but need confirmation. Many thanks

My Husband may lose his job. I have been looking on the job centre website to see what we would get. For his age it would be £47.95, but further down it says if you have a child its £52.59. Do you get both or just the higher amount?
