Deed of trust and bankruptcy
Hi. I was made bankrupt in 2010 I owned a property with my parents and then husband. We were tenants in common with a deed of trust stating % owned etc. The insolvency trustees are still holding my portion and won't accept the deed which proves at the time I was in negative equity.

When does 6 yr rule start
Does the 6 years begin from the date of the Bankruptcy Order or the date of the Discharge ? Ours started 14th May 2014 and we were discharged on 27th May 2015. So does the 6 yrs end in 2020 or 2021 ? Grateful for some clarification. Thank you.
