TV Brightness flashing
32" LG TV about 10 yrs old. Picture is fine except brightness varies up and down rapidly (about 100 cycles per minute) Doesn't make it unwatchable but a bit annoying. Signal is OK via a 6way amplifier/splitter in loft. Fly lead checks out OK. It's a bedroom TV so not used much. Is it worth getting it checked out or should…

Is there a UNIVERSAL HDD docking station (IDE to IDE as well as IDE to SATA)?
Hi all I have 2 VERY old PC’s that are performing important functions for me. Before the PATA/IDE HHD’s die I won’t to clone them. I would prefer to buy one of those docking stations where you literally just stick the source and destination drives in the top. Sounds ok up to now I guess but out of all the docking caddy’s…

Presumably I don't need an omnidirectional one? What other features should I look for or avoid? When I get one, do I plug it into the USB…

Are printer ink contracts worth it?
Hi we are looking to buy a printer and have been looking at different costs and see that you can now get so many prints per month instead of buying cartridges when the old runs out and were wondering it they were worth the cost. Any Simple Solutions?
I find tech stuff complicated. I put songs onto a basic mp3 player (took forever) Is there any way to connect to external speakers? It has an earphone jack and a usb connector jack thing to power it. It's not bluetooth + not for the car - just for when visiting relatives who don't have internet/laptops.

Is my phone completely broken?
Hi all. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (had it around 3 years) and other than a slightly quick battery drain, it tends to work okay. However, last night, I got a screen message about the latest update so I clicked to do it 'now'. It was the standard now, see details, later one they often get. I then ignored it for some…
