iPad case for car

My son has an iPad Air 2, and we have this type of case https://www.amazon.co.uk/Apple-BLACK-Headrest-Holder-Cover/dp/B00J4VB3Y8/ref=sr_1_7?crid=12JZBIPE90WBA&dchild=1&keywords=ipad+case+for+car+headrest&qid=1604150421&sprefix=iPad+case+for+car%2Caps%2C149&sr=8-7 so it can be strapped around the front headrest for car journeys. Not a perfect fit, but I've padded it out and it works well.
Have now bought a replacement 8th gen iPad, and am struggling to find a similar case. Can't use the existing one as the new iPad is wider, and this manufacturer stopped making iPad cases. Looking for a flip lid so that the screen is protected when closed but can also be stood up on the table, and with a Velcro or elastic strip to fit over the headrest.
Have tried Amazon and a few other stores, but just pages of very similar hard cases, or car mounts that require the tablet to be constantly taken out of the case which is just going to end in tears!
Has anyone found anything similar, or been able to make something up?
