Help! Cannot enlarge and print off a photo!!

I have an old photo and i cannot even take a copy of it to resize it to print it off!  Its a jpeg file and ive spent all afternoon trying to resize the dam thing to print it off to put it on my wall of fame!  can anyone help me??

What's the file size of the jpg in mb? If it's too small - you'll have difficulty enlarging it for printing.

Are you using Windows 10? If so, should be really simple:
1. Right click the jpg file and select print
2. See screenshot below, it will have the option on the right hand side to make it print full page photo on your selected paper size
