Creative Commons
I love messing with digital art, and creating pieces of art from photos. I'm only a beginner, and still learning, although some of the work I've done, has been appreciated by friends. Eventually, I would like to produce this art to sell. What I want to know is, can I download creative commons photos to use in my projects?…

Sorting out photos
Part of my New Year resolution was to sort out my digital photo collection. As Apple has folded Aperture (it hates competition) I thought of getting Lightroom. At £120 it seems reasonably priced till I noticed that that was for a non-optional yearly rental. As such Adobe can go jump off a cliff. Anyone recommend a similar…

Long, long story short..... I have an ipad requiring an activation code, the account holder cannot remember her password, and the receipt from the shop where the ipad was purchased differs from the amount taken from the bank by 2p, so it looks like that transaction was for something else. I have been deep down into the…

Neither volume minus…

I use Google photos. I also have created albums. When I scroll through photos to send to the required album, I do just that. Omega Geneve Automatic watch help
I have an Omega Geneve Automatic watch which has been in the family for about 40 years, and has been used daily until recently. The auto facility has been useless recently, so I have had to use the old fashioned way to wind it up. However, on holiday, the winder gave up the ghost and just spins around fruitlessly. I took…
